Our Mission

At Let’s Get Creative, our mission is to make art accessible, engaging, and inspiring for kids learning from home. Whether students are earning an art credit or just exploring creativity for fun, they’ll receive expert guidance from two passionate BC-certified teachers. We’re here to nurture artistic confidence, spark imagination, and bring the joy of art into every home.

 The Van Gogh Series
This three-part series invites students to explore the iconic works of Vincent van Gogh through creative, hands-on art projects: Self-Portrait, Sunflowers, and Starry Night. Students may choose from a variety of media to complete their pieces, with step-by-step guidance offered for all skill levels to encourage artistic growth and confidence.
Emily Carr Series

Inspired by the bold and expressive work of Canadian artist Emily Carr, this three-part series features engaging projects that highlight her unique style: Single Totem Pole, Forest Trees, and Multiple Totem Poles. Students are encouraged to select their preferred medium, supported by clear instruction designed for beginners and advanced artists alike.

3D Art Design Series

This three-part series encourages students to experiment with recycled materials and hands-on construction through creative projects: Driftwood Art, 3D Maps, and Painted Can Sculptures. Each lesson provides accessible, step-by-step instruction for all skill levels while fostering creativity, problem-solving, and imaginative design in three dimensions.

Graffiti Series

Inspired by the bold style and expressive energy of street art, this three-part series invites students to explore creative lettering, colour, and design through Train Car Graffiti, Pennants (Boat Flags), and Graffiti Animals. Each project offers step-by-step guidance suitable for all skill levels, encouraging students to experiment with urban art techniques, develop their own artistic voice, and bring vibrant street-art–inspired creations to life.

Abstract Design Series

Inspired by the natural world, this five-part series guides students through foundational techniques for creating expressive landscape art: Mark Making, Sky and Ground, Moon, Birds, and Tree. With adaptable instruction suitable for all abilities, students learn to observe nature, layer paint creatively, and build dynamic scenes that reflect their own artistic voice.

Blooms and Flowers Series

Inspired by the beauty and detail of garden life, this three-part series guides students through creative painting projects featuring Flowers, Leaves and Stems, and Murals and Minis. With step-by-step instruction suitable for all skill levels, students explore colour, form, and composition while developing their own expressive floral style.
